Or that you're on vacation in a remote part of the world, and you run so low on cash that you can't even go home. Or where you encounter something so frightening that you can't even speak, let alone scream. Or where you <i><b>know</b></i> that you're dreaming, and it's an unpleasant dream, but you can't force yourself awake. Or...<br /><br />Or maybe I'm the only one that actually <i>has</i> those dreams.
