I wouldn't say that I (or Mary) had a crush on MacGyver at this point. That would necessitate wanting to be with him. I just wanted to *be* him. Doesn't hurt any to find out that your favorite action hero hails from your home state.

Chapter 4, Page 24 Thirteen Candles
Okay... Her birthday (as well as mine) is actually tomorrow. But that's a Saturday and my update schedule calls for a post of Friday. So it's a day early. I'm sure Mary doesn't mind. ^_^

Chapter 4, Page 23 Book Box
First time Mary ever heard of a grown up who didn't approve of fantasy. Yes, technically Star Wars is sci-fi, but it is sort fantasy, too.
Anyway, that box is really cool. I still want one, but I haven't seen any in stores.
