Just when you thought it was safe to get in the bed.
Shakespeare was right when he had Hamlet say, "There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophies." Including such things as ghosts, angels, and less, ah, friendly entities.
Yeah. Mary's brain is on the way to being broken.

You got that right! I can never think of the paranormal again after what happened to me the first night I spent at my landlord's house :s
@Journo: And never go into the catacombs of Edinburgh. EVER!
You've been to Edinburgh? The catacombs, seriously?
@Journo: Yep. Edinburgh, Scotland. Supposedly one of the most haunted places in the British Isles. The catacombs are a set of basements under one of the bridges there. They were supposed to be rented out to artisans and merchants, but poor water sealing resulted in the lower levels flooding and the entire complex being uninhabitable. Except for criminals, runaways, and, later, apparently, ghosts. Lots of ghosts.
Very unfriendly ghosts. I'm surprised they can still take people down there on tours. It's a serious safety hazard.
*shudders* It sounds incredibly cool, but somehow I have a feeling it would be a horrible idea to go there.
Were you on vacation when you went?
@Journo: Yeah. Very. Though the rest of Scotland (and Edinburgh for that matter) is very nice. Cold, damp, and rocky, but nice. And I was on vacation (they call it 'on holiday' over there) for Easter break. I was studying abroad in Ireland and thought it'd be neat to spend the week traipsing about Scotland and then dip down into Britain.
