Mom sick? Get cookies!

Children may not be aware that their parents are ill, but they will know how to get away with stuff.

Chapter 6, Page 34 More things in Heaven and Earth.

More things in Heaven and Earth.

Just when you thought it was safe to get in the bed.

Shakespeare was right when he had Hamlet say, "There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophies." Including such things as ghosts, angels, and less, ah, friendly entities.

Yeah. Mary's brain is on the way to being broken.

Chapter 5, Page 18 Psycho Goat

Mary didn't to anything to that goat.

That goat had issues. Big issues.

Mary was minding her own business chasing geese when BAM! this psychotic goat bursts out of nowhere and chases her! Finally ended up treeing her at the top of a slide. I'd illustrate the whole thing but we gotta get to Duluth sometime this summer. lol

Chapter 4, Page 49 Magic ribbon

It was like a magic trick.

Some may notice that I haven't updated the mirror site for a while. That's partially because (drum roll please) I got a job!

Yes, I have gainful employment. That does mean I have a little less time to devote to the comic, but I will try my best to maintain the three-days-a-week schedule I've set for myself.

Coloring the title page for the new chapter may prove a little tricky, though. ^^;

Chapter 4, Page 48 Strange child.

She rolled.

So who'd want to be normal?

Though having Mary as the first born might be considered a little much for new parents to take. lol

Chapter 3, Page 41 The Dreaded Flashback

Grandpa in a flashback

Flashbacks are really tricky, but this story was too good to pass up. Really, even though Grandpa is running a business out of his home it's still primarily a home. What kind of idiot would antagonize a good business man?

Not that he's rich or anything (he's definitely not). What I'm getting at is that this is a prime example of a bureaucracy having a 'shazam' moment.

(Off topic, but I really hate the word bureaucracy. I can never get it spelled right and when I try to use the spell checker it never shows up.)
