Chapter 12, Page 10 Walked Right Into It

Really should have seen this one coming.

Ever notice that some of the worse 'conversations' you get into are the ones you walked right into, should have seen the obvious warning signs, but for some inexplicable reason, you just couldn't keep your big mouth shut?

It's called, depending on the speaker and the situation, either being too honest or not being able to lie very convincingly. Both more or less virtuous traits, but inconvenient in the extreme at times. And no, it's not just you. :)

@Dan: Or, in this case, not being able to keep my big mouth shut and just grunting noncommittally.

@viking: Spam that actually connects to the post? Wow. At least I'm guessing you're spam from the name.

And yet you allow it to post instead of deleting it. oO

@Robert: Well, it *was* relevant to the post, or at least Dan's comment on it. It was a bit of a toss up whether to allow it or not.

Definitely not just you :s

@Eric: I'm not sure if I should say that I'm glad to hear that, because it means others have shared in the awkwardness.

Misery loves company?

@Brigid: Yeah, you could say that.
