Chapter 12, Page 16 Not-so-small vocabulary

Little brother, big vocabulary.

He really said this. As a toddler. That's my brother! ^_^

I experience this sort of thing to this day. Never been able to figure out why people seem to think that I don't have anything worthwhile to contribute to a conversation. Or that I won't mind when they verbally overpower me, as though I'm not standing right there. :(

@Dan: Yeah. In this case it's just Peter being smaller than everyone else and not as coherent. We barely noticed him until he yelled the punchline. It's a lot harder to believe that you aren't noticed when your head comes up above the other person's waist.

Happily, our heads are more 'on the same level' now. He's studying for his driver's license now. Time whizzes by.

@Dad: Yep. Seems like yesterday he was playing SuperPeter and actually paying attention when we talked to him.

@Journo: That's my family for ya. Mom and Mary were talking about Mary's crash course in driving with a stick. And how she never ever wants to do that again and **why** would her uncle make her go through that!?
