Chapter 13, Page 5 Cheeky

Face the audience, or else.

There have got to be less embarrassing ways to get kids to face the audience while acting. Then again, it is memorable. Yikes.

Sorry, again, for the delay. Still working out how to work, feed myself, sleep, and have enough working brain cells to get new pages out. It's amazing how physical exhaustion can leave one mentally drained.

@Brigid: Hooray for a new page! ^_^

Well...that's definitely one way to get someone to face the audience.

Looks like I'm not the only sucker for puns XD

Will you stop apologizing for the occassional delays? I'd far prefer a rather longer-than-expected wait for a quality product than getting a poor update every other business day! I mean heck, I've been there, done that myself (why, just today, I spent plenty of time asleep that could have been spent writing, but I'm a protagonist and beginnings can be painfully difficult).

@Journo: ^_^ Yeah. Gotta love a good (or really bad) pun.

@Dan: Uh... Sorry? ^^; I just feel bad for dragging this out so long. I should have plenty of time to get pages put together, but I'm still so tired after work. I need to build up my endurance or something. By the by, I think you meant 'procrastinator.' lol

Ooops. Yeah, I think I meant that too. (I'm only the protagonist in my own life!)

@Brigid: Somehow this reminds me of my 8th grade science teacher. Everytime he caught someone chewing gum in class this is what he'd say:

"Wear it on your nose or dump it in the can!"

Gotta love these wacky instructions XD

And for what it's worth, I know exactly where you're coming from. It can be pretty hard to get the creative juices flowing after a hard day at work, huh?

Brigid said...

@Journo: Wow. I wonder if anyone ever stuck the gum to their nose?

@Dan: Yeah. Especially when my entire body hurts. Housekeeping is a lot of work.

Journo-SEAL said...

@Brigid: One guy did, for about 5 seconds, then dumped it in the can. Just to be a wise guy.

Yeah, housekeeping definitely doesn't sound like a breeze. But seeing another page of MQC definitely brings a smile to my face ^_^

@Journo: *snerk* Good for him.

Some days are better than others. There wasn't much to do yesterday, so we ended up folding towels for most of the afternoon. Yay!

@Wordsmith: Glad I amuse! Just to note, it's unnecessary to include your URL in the comment, since your username is already a link. And not including it makes you look less like a bot. ^_^
