Chapter 14, Page 6 Bath time disaster

One may develop a fear of bathing.

Yeah, there's going to be a lot of screaming throughout this chapter. What is it about showers and bath tubs that attract the scream-inducing?

Bath time, and any time you ladies watch a show that you like.

I've still got pretty good hearing, so two rooms away is about as close as I come.

@Dad: Well, yeah. But the screams are for different reasons. Usually.

@Brigid: I can think of a few reasons. A few 6 and 8 legged reasons, if you get me XD

@Journo: Oh, I get you. lol Though I think the only time I freaked out at a thing in the tub was when a moth flew up my shorts.

@Brigid: Are you serious?? 0_0

I don't know whether to laugh or to wimp out. It's...so cartoonishly absurd and yet so creepy.

@Journo: Very. Grandpa's house was infested with moths one summer and one of them had the misfortune to fly right up my shorts as I was getting ready to bathe. That pretty well ended my 'live and let live' attitude toward them.

@Brigid: By day. Mary McAllister/ By night, Mothbane! *superhero music*

Bitten by a radioactive moth whilst preparing to bathe, young Mary McAllister's life is changed. With revenge on her mind and newly gained superpowers, Mary...has become...a superhero!!

Wow, this has got to be one of my longest comments ever. Clearly, I've been watching one too many Spider-Man episodes.

@Journo: I don't mind! That sounds pretty cool. ^_^ Of course, I like superhero stories. Grew up on the old '50s Superman series. (And Darkwing Duck.)

@Brigid: Ahh, Darkwing Duck. I feel like I missed out on a lot of my childhood. I've never seen any episodes. For me, it was either Batman or Spiderman the Animated Series.

I've resolved now to go out and see the series online now ^_^

@Journo: You definitely should. It's great! Also Tail Spin, Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers, Goof Troop, Duck Tales, and Gargoyles.

@Brigid: All the good stuff ^_^

@Journo: Yeah. The '90s were awesome for Disney cartoons.
