Chapter 4, Page 6 The Lost One

a past loss revealed

Not exactly an upbeat episode today, is it? Sorry, sorry.

It's thematically important, so I thought it should be included. I think Mary takes this particularly hard because she's wanted a little brother since first grade. Which, come to think of it, is about the time that this lost pregnancy happened.

Seriously, I just realized that. Oh man. ^^;

Chapter 3, Page 34 Downside of the Season

I really do tend to get more nightmare type dreams around the holidays. All the stress, I think. Sometimes I wonder what the point of them is since they just make me more stressed out than I was before. (Not to mention the royal mess it makes of my sleep cycle.)

Here's something that I've been wanting to ask. How many kids have nightmares involving the death of their grandparents? That includes kids younger than Mary is now. I don't remember a time when I didn't have this sort of dream.

Chapter 3, Page 33 Just a Dream

I really hate stress dreams. I don't know which is worse, the actual dream or the transition between sleeping and waking when I can't tell if what just happened was real or not.

How many kids have dreams about their grandparents dying, anyway? I don't remember a time when I didn't have dreams like this before a trip.
