Nothing wrong with being nuts. It keeps one from growing old and stodgy. Besides, too many people mistake being "highly imaginative" for being "out of his/her mind", anyway. Overall, I'd much rather be a little "crazy" and happy, than "normal" and chronically bored/boring. :D
Cute strip, incidentally. Mary looks taller(?), somehow. Did you enact that "time skip" you were considering, or something?
@Tenacious-K: We're all weird. My weird just stands out more. :P
@Dan: Most definitely! As for taller, she is going through a growth spurt. But mostly the effect is from the costume. Or maybe I inadvertently added a little too much height.
But, anyway, no time skip. I'll let you all know if I do that.
Don't really know how much height is TOO much. Both of my brothers went from standing at rather "average" (one of them a rather stockily built average) heights to beanpole-like six-plus footers, both of them in only a year or so.
As your father, I've sometimes wondered just what I have unleashed upon an unsuspecting world.
Of course, the same could be said of me.
It's good to see MQC in production again.
As I get older, I've learned to appreciate "normal" and "boring" as limited, valuable resources. :)
