Heh. I managed to get a contemporary reference into one of these. I didn't think I'd be able to pull that off.

There are things I really hate about growing up. Especially as a human. Animals don't have to go through this!

Chapter 7, Page 35 Gottago!

Mary's sick, I'm sick. Well, Mary's problem is a little different than what was bothering me all last week. Ah. I think I'm just going to let you find out for yourselves. It's going to be painfully obvious rather soon, anyway.

Chapter 5, Page 35 Avoiding pain.

This is one of the hardest sequences for me to draw so far. Partially because it was so hard living it.

I still don't understand how people can be so cruel that their first impulse on seeing a small, helpless animal is to throw stones at it.

Chapter 4, Page 19 Stupid Stunt

For all Mary's intelligence she sure does pull some stupid stunts. Why didn't she just get off the chair to pick up the pencil? Why didn't she wait since she already had a pencil that she was using? No clue.

But trust me on this, it happens. (Just tried it last week, with the same result. Ouch.)

Oh, and sorry for not having an update on Friday. Again. I have this week taken care of so that won't be a problem. Now to work on next week's material.
